Job Title: Full-Time Store Team Member & Popcorn Maker

We are looking for a reliable, high-energy Full-Time Key holder to help lead our day-to-day operations and deliver outstanding experiences to every customer who walks through our doors.
Position Overview
As a Full-Time Team Member, you will be a vital part of our store’s success. You will manage full store operations during your shifts, open and close the facility, craft our signature popcorn products, and lead customer service standards when the owner is off-site.
Key Responsibilities
Store Leadership & Operations: Open and close the store securely, manage daily shift operations independently, and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
Popcorn Production: Prepare and cook both sweet and savory popcorn batches following store recipes and food safety guidelines.
Customer Service: Provide friendly, efficient service, handle point-of-sale transactions, and resolve customer inquiries with a positive attitude.
Inventory & Maintenance: Monitor product levels, restock displays, and assist with receiving supplies.
Qualifications
Previous keyholder, supervisory, or retail/food service experience preferred.
Ability to work flexible full-time hours, including opening and closing shifts.
Comfortable working with commercial popcorn cooking equipment (training provided).
Strong communication skills and a dependable, self-motivated work ethic.
Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to [e.g., 30–50 lbs].
